Hi. To anyone who can read his post, how do you temporarily disable Bayantel’s Call Waiting feature?
Heck, I am still on dial-up. The account owner is not in Manila. Customer service requires the owner to call them up so that they will give out the dialing procedures.
They don’t give it out on purpose to force you to upgrade to their DSL plan.
But as much as we would like to avail of a DSL plan, the account owner is NOT IN MANILA. So papers would not be signed.
DARN LUCK. Sigh.. 😀
One dissatisfied customer here… but because of circumstances.
Anyone willing to help? Thanks!
