  1. Do absolutely nothing
  2. Accept imperfection (remove standards)
  3. Laugh with friends
  4. Sleep like a child (relax)
  5. Eat without counting calories (just have fun)
  6. Do what you love (what do you love to do?)
  7. Play, play, play! (play with your kids, jump in the pool)
  8. Soak in God’s Love (be in nature)
  9. Be here now (just be where you are, don’t think about the office ,etc)
  10. Love (not just romance, “I love you grass”)
